The 60,000-square-foot facility is the largest Porsche dealership in the Northeast and achieved LEED v4 BD+C Gold in December, 2025. Designed by PRAXIS3 out of Atlanta, GA, the facility achieved 60 points through features such as a net metering solar roof, and credits in optimized energy performance, water metering, and low emitting materials.
