Start your trip on Friday evening.Before and after the fair, visit the Toadstool Bookshop or other area shops, eat at Nature’s Green Grocer or another one of our 28 coffee shops and restaurants. Stay at local lodgings and B&B’s, some within walking distance of downtown. Ride bike trails through the piney woods. Hike up Pack Monadnock. Whirl away the evening at ecstatic- or contra- dances, go bowling, watch a movie, play pool or drop in for music at one of our pubs. Whether you like a fancy brunch or bacon & eggs, you’ll find a wake-up meal to your taste in Peterborough.
Saturday, the Fair opens at 9am. Learn about products, techniques and services that will increase the sustainability of your family’s and community’s future. The Greenerborough Fair at the Peterborough Community Center includes a Saturday program of activities for children and families, as well as a farmer’s market and panels for sustainability professionals.
